By using our service, websites, or software applications (together, the “Weblir Services & Modules” or “Modules”), including by purchasing or receiving Codes or Limited Offers, you are entering into a binding contract with our local company in your country of residence (your “Local Country”) if applicable or the company listed in this chart. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree to these Terms, then please don’t use the Service.
In order to use the Service, you need to:
(a) be 18 or older, or be 13 or older and have your parent or guardian’s consent to these Terms,
(b) have the power to enter a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under any applicable laws.
2. Changes to the Agreements
Occasionally we may, in our discretion, make changes to the Service and Agreements. When we make changes to the Agreements that we consider material, we’ll notify you through the Service. B y continuing to use the Service after those changes are made, you are expressing and acknowledging your acceptance of the changes.
3. The Refund Service
We will surely return you back the received payment during the first 30 days since the date of purchase. Still, before performing the refund operation, we would like to test the defective module on your online shop platform in order to verify its unserviceability and find out the related causes. Such actions will help us to avoid similar mistakes in future. Besides, the Refund system is not available for the following services - Customization Service.
4. The Copyright Conditions
Our code is an open source and it can be changed by you in accordance with your requirements. The module code refers to the commercial confidentiality and technical innovations issue. Therefore, its distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. The Confidentiality Terms
The module license is provided only for one online shop (domain). If there is a necessity to fit out several online shops with this module, then you should purchase additional licenses.
6. The Support and Update Policy
We provide you with 12 months free of charge technical support in case our module fails to operate properly or there are any questions concerning its exploitation. We also guarantee the modules availability even at the default template.
The response time is between 1 hour and 3 days.
7. Bugs Fixing Conditions
In case you detect any bugs (mistakes) within the module, we will solve this problem on FOC bases.
The following cases are not a part of free support service:
- Errors caused by PrestaShop core modifications;
- Errors caused by incompatibility with other addons (modules) you have got installed in your shop;
- Errors caused by improper web hosting service setup;
- Incompatibility with your PrestaShop store engine version;
Customer Support Credentials Requirement:
As part of our commitment to delivering effective and efficient customer support, we may require access to certain credentials associated with your PrestaShop store. These credentials are crucial for us to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues you may encounter with our modules. The required credentials typically include:
PrestaShop Backoffice Logins:
- Username
- Password
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Logins:
- Host
- Username
- Password
- Port (if not the default)
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree to provide the above-mentioned credentials promptly upon our request. This information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and is used solely for the purpose of assisting you with any technical or support-related inquiries.
Please be assured that we adhere to strict security measures to safeguard your credentials and ensure the privacy and security of your PrestaShop store. We recommend that you update and change these credentials periodically to maintain the security of your online presence.
Failure to provide the necessary credentials may impede our ability to deliver timely and effective support, and in such cases, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or difficulties in resolving issues related to our modules.

8. ZEN Option - extended support service
The «ZEN Option» provides additional benefits for buyers of Weblir. One ZEN Option can be used for one product only. «ZEN Option» includes 12 months of technical support, modules installation, future upgrades and it's valid for minor releases as well as major releases. «ZEN Option» includes special conditions exactly 12 months from the date of purchase. The seller may change the price of the Zen option in the future without warning users. You can make an additional purchase of a «ZEN Option» after its expiration date or buy it for a product purchased earlier.
The Seller undertakes to comply with the terms of the Option, namely the provision of technical assistance, assistance with the installation of products, the provision of updated and corrected versions of products throughout the period - 12 months from the date of purchase.
In case of violation of the terms of use of services (resale of products, the introduction of malicious code, distribution, etc.) when providing the ZEN Option, the seller may cancel its status for the buyer. Also, in case of violation of the user's agreement, the seller may prohibit the sale of goods or additional registration of ZEN Options.
